Your Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d) at PASSION4IT GmbH, you will take responsibility for demanding consulting projects with mid-sized clients in Bavaria and beyond. You will guide our clients from strategy development through concept design to the successful delivery of their digitalization initiatives.
- Advising and guiding clients through the digital transformation of their business processes
- Leading and coordinating complex IT projects (classic and agile methodologies)
- Analyzing current-state environments and developing tailored solution concepts
- Presenting results to executive and board-level stakeholders
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or IT project management
- Solid expertise in at least one of the following areas: ERP systems, digital work, IT infrastructure, or process management
- Strong communication skills and confidence at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) and a valid driver’s license
